This module is Intermediate Level and requires the Introductory Module or prior laboratory experience. DNA Sequencing & Haplogroups: Students will prepare their own sequencing reactions, and sequence mitochondrial DNA fragments using the ABI 3130 XL automated sequencer from Applied Biosystems.
